With the nature of the gift-making process, there is design work done before the gift is realized. We like to work with clients to come to an understanding of how we can make the gift as thoughtful and meaningful as possible. A secure payment link will be sent via Zelle or Chase Bank after the design is complete but before the gift is made.


We enjoy delivering our gifts in person to those in the Central Florida region. Or, we do offer to ship anywhere in the USA.

In the event that you are unhappy with your gift, you are entitled to return it for a full cash refund (including shipping) up to 30 days after your order arrives. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you have up to 45 days to return it for a full cash refund. All return windows are valid from the date on which your order arrives to you.
